I wanted to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the WHOLE GROUP because today is the 3rd birthday of the group which was formed as a stand alone website/group separate from any of the yahoo or other message board groups out there. Today, 3 years ago, this site went live thanks to my wonderful hubby and webmaster Ben. Thank you for the long days putting all of this together for the socialization of your wife and kids. ;)
While we started WAHA on November 13, 2005 BUT we didn’t get our OWN website until October 31, 2006!

We are right now 120 FAMILIES strong!

CONGRATULATIONS! We are so HAPPY to be part of such a WONDERFUL extended family with such AWESOME people!

The Frederick County Fire & Rescue Explorers Post is a great way to start learning everything you need to become a firefighter and you can start as soon as you turn 14!
Cody is starting his 3rd year of being an Explorer and he really enjoys it. He is also enrolled in the Fire Academy and is currently looking for a station to volunteer at in Winchester, Virginia.

“Dear God, thank you that even in tragic times when the world is falling down around us, we are conquerors through Him who loved us!” (AOP Daily Focus)

God Bless everyone and comfort those who are reminded of their loved ones who were lost this day 8 years ago, September 11, 2001.
